The Punch Partner organization is for commonly used tools that are frequently utilized when punching common features in a variety of parts. Punches are fixed in location while different clearance die plates are organized opposite the assembled cartridge.

Punch Partner organized tooling
By storing pre-assembled cartridges in the Punch Partner, machine set-up is dramatically reduced. Simple die plate /adapter replacements for different sheet thickness is fast and simple due to the visual storage and identification. No more searching through drawers to find what the operator needs to finalize a punch set-up.
quickly change cartidges
When material thickness changes, the operator quickly locates the proper clearance pre-assembled die plate/adapter and swaps it into the assembled cartridge positioned on the opposite side of the storage rack. Extremely effective for multi-tools to further reduce set-up of punch and die combinations.
